GUC Alumni
Graduates of GUC’s Faculty of Law have proven to be highly sought after across various legal sectors, including the judiciary and prominent law firms. The GUC takes great pride in the accomplishments of its graduates, which reflect both the dedication of the students and the support of faculty members in equipping them with the competencies necessary to compete at the highest levels of the legal profession.
We are particularly proud to highlight the recent appointment of Youssef Hani Hamudah as a judge in the State Council in 2023. Additionally, five of our law graduates have been appointed in the Attorney General’s Office.
Most of GUC’s Law graduates have secured positions at renowned law firms, including Matouk Bassiouny, ADSERO-Ragy Soliman & Partners, Zaki Hashem & Partners, and Shalakany Law Firm.
Many of our Law graduates have also pursued advanced legal education, obtaining their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from prestigious universities in Europe and the United States, such as Cambridge University, Queen Mary University of London, Liverpool John Moores University, University of Antwerp, Leiden University, and New Jersey City University. Their areas of specialization include International Criminal Law, Comparative and International Dispute Resolution, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Law. We are immensely proud of Yasmin Mosellhy, who is currently holding a doctoral position at the International Law, Human Rights, and Sustainable Development Department at the Faculty of Law, University of Antwerp, Belgium, while pursuing her Ph.D. This follows the completion of her fully funded LL.M. at Cambridge University.
